One Second Everyday

After spending a full year chronicling my travels around the world, I fell at the final hurdle. We returned home on 15th March and, after one last-ditch attempt to get everything I’d experienced up on the blog in the form of my Florida post, I became rather distracted. I returned home to friends, family, a

Messing About on Boats

October 4, 2016

From Ubud, we headed for Sanur, a beach resort hotspot on the eastern side of the country and a scuba diver’s paradise. We had heard that there was a specific dive spot at Nusa Penida where manta rays were frequently sighted – it’s even named ‘Manta Point’ for this reason – so of course, we […]

Looking forward to a new house, running @londonmarathon for @thestrokeassociation, skiing (🤞🏻), Mallorca, and a world where we use the words ‘lockdown’, ‘quarantine’ and ‘unprecedented’ a whole lot less than we did this year! Happy new year from me and mine to you and yours 🥂✨*

We went for the festive menu - highlights for me were the spicy beef skewers, duck red curry, and plaintain in coconut milk... but I taste-tested everything and it was all mouthwatering. 🤤 Thankfully, you can still order Giggling Squid’s food on @deliveroo - if now isn’t the time to treat yourself then I don’t know when is! 🎄
